Frequently Asked Questions

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend securing your spot by making a reservation in advance to ensure accommodations. We suggest booking reservations for Fridays through Sundays at least two weeks ahead.

Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance through Resy for parties of
up to 8 guests. For parties exceeding 9 guests, please fill out our events request form.

Groups of 9 or more are required to participate in a prix fixe menu. For further
details, please complete our events request form.

We adhere to a 1.5-hour seating limit, which may be extended if requested in
advance.

We observe a 10-minute grace period. Beyond this grace period, you will be
added to our waitlist for the next available reservation, and accommodations
cannot be guaranteed. If members of your party arrive late, please note that the
reservation time slot cannot be extended

No shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will result
in a $20 per person cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided for cancellation fees.

We respectfully ask all guests, including vendors, to observe a stylish and smart dress code. Prohibited attire includes gym or athletic wear, hoodies, sweatpants, torn or baggy clothing, flip flops, slippers, work boots, baseball caps, bandanas, and t-shirts. However, collared or button-down shirts, fashionable sneakers, jeans, and shorts are permitted. Hat check is provided at no extra charge.

Failure to comply with the dress code will regrettably result in denied entrance.

21+ age policy is enforced starting at 10 pm each night. All guests must present a valid government-issued ID, such as a valid state ID, passport, or military
ID, after 10 pm

Please note that there is a flat fee of $50 for bringing in outside cakes and cupcakes. 

You are welcome to bring light decorations for your table. However, helium-filled balloons are not permitted.

Please refrain from using confetti or signage taped to our walls, as this may result in damage. A cleanup fee will be charged for any damage caused by tape or confetti.

External vendors, which may include party planners, photographers, and 360
booths, are allowed with an additional fee. For further details, kindly reach out
to us via email.

Our venue is not responsible for lost, damaged, or abandoned items. If you
misplace or lose any belongings, please email us, and our team will make every
effort to locate them, though we cannot guarantee retrieval

Lighthouse Rooftop provides an exclusive 30-minute photography session with a celebrity photographer for $300, covering all raw images and 5 edited images. Additional edits can be requested at a rate of $25 per edit. To secure a photography session, please make an advanced booking by reaching out to susy@lighthouserooftop.com with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
Please be aware that availability is limited. Lighthouse Rooftop strictly prohibits outside photography or videography, and access will be denied to external photographers or videographers.

Lighthouse Rooftop does not have a dedicated parking lot. 
Valet parking services are accessible from Thursday to Sunday, operating between 7 pm and 1 am, with a fee of $18 per car. 
Additionally, street parking is available as an alternative.
